Conveniently location coffee shop at KLIA. Great location for waiting for flights to part with easy access to departure boards.
Price displayed included the 6% GST and what is more important no service charge. The service rendered was quite OK. Unlike some other coffee place
Disliked my cup of flat white . For RM13, I expected better. The milk was too hot (heated beyond 70°C) & has lost its natural sweetness. Subsequently resulting the coffee with an 'ashy' aftertaste.

The service staff are rude and lack etiquette. Specially the ladyboy at the counter was extremely rude. Better eat elsewhere with better service.
