KLIA Satellite Terminal

Super easy airport to get around with lots of duty free shops, but kinda showing its age compared to KLIA2 now. Has a mini jungle with a waterfall that you can walk around in which is awesome!

take shuttle train from main terminal to this satellite ter,free wifi (sometime cant connected),a lot of duty shop & restaurant around,friendly service ,price high little bit but acceptable.Nice place

Decent terminal, with a fast WiFi , although the signal can get a bit iffy at times. Also get through the security checks as soon as you can - the queues can get quite long!

Staff of choc stop Sharon is great n very caring for cust, I found my lost Starbucks tumbler 1 week after I return to this airport just cos she feel that I might return n kept it for me. Well done.

Very clean and spacious . Has a variety of shops and eateries . And free WiFi .

If you ever want WiFi in Kuala Lumpur, here is what I used at the Airport and hotels . Once connected to whatever service you can, with your browser navigate to 1.1.1.1 and accept the terms. Cheers!

Small airport compared to Changi or Suvarnabhumi so limited choices of retail , F&Bs, & other facilities to help one pass time if there's a long layover. MAHB should learn from CAG Singapore.

To use the free wifi all you need to do is just open a browser which redirects to Klia website and click continue. Its very easy and fast

The free WiFi at KLIA seldom works. Don't count on them. Just leach free WiFi from outside the business lounges :)

perfume becoming pricey ...last bought in Jan 2013 was RM 269 now is RM300. Wondering whether is it really duty free.

Wifi works fine on my MacBook Air but can't seem to access iPhone Apps very well . All charge points are the English 3 pronged kind.

Some shops for shopping. Not great selection when compared to other airports . The food here can get really pricey . Exercise caution especially if you are local.

Duty-free alchohol was cheaper at Changi . Perfume cheaper on Amazon, including shipping. So what's all the fuss about duty-free shopping?

Best airport ? My foot! With Wifi can't be used? Not a single chair near shop areas? No trolley on train ? You must be kidding me!

Overall look very tired need some hipe furthermore lots of empty space couple with unattractive ambient. Not sure is their mgmt still working on not ????

Wifi is non existence. This airport needs to buck up. Neighbouring Changing and Suvarnabhumi outclass this one by miles. Just upgrade the freaking wifi and toilets for God sake!

The rainforest in the middle of the terminal is unique

One of the most useless WiFI at the airport . Now I know why it's free.

Another nice airport in Asia. May be even better than ICN Airporr. Good shopping!

Free wifi takes forever to get to the login (no password) needed. Until you log in you can't get wifi . Once you do wifi works ok.

If u have way too much time to kill. ...Plaza premium.lounge is the place to chill at....

The Plaza Premium Lounge is pretty comfortable . Has showers , food, wifi and lounges to doze on.

Free wifi (even for only 3 hours) is always welcomed

Lots of shop will be close at midnight.. No point flying early morning flight thought..

Use your other smartphone with hotspot function instead of klia wifi which is terrible.

Airport authority should take stern action against smokers. Seems like they can light up anywhere they wish.

Wifi never works so don't bother. Clean otherwise apart from maintenance work. The travelator have not been working for months. Do something already.

Funny all the people using the free wifi to complain that there's no free wifi . 2 smoking lounges and NO smoking elsewhere. Crybabies...

Free WiFi (limited to 3 hours) but shops arent open 24hrs .
