The employees are very helpful and kind. The rooms are comfortable and very clean . The bed is extremely comfortable .

We usually love it here. We stay here often, but Steve upon checking in wasn't very nice, because we booked through hotel.com this time.

Once a former Holiday Inn , this DoubleTree really shines! Comfy beds , great pool area , and all the other amenities that you need!

Location is great, but there are serious problems with service. We stayed 4 nights. The room was never cleaned before 5 pm, and twice that was only because we called down. Pass.

Elevators are slow. Built in the 50's. They are working on them so no more then 7 people at a time! People got stuck over the weekend!!!!

The executive floor is very nice and quiet . Keeps out the riffraff from the lower floors. :-)

Off the "Eat Right" menu, the Southwestern Chicken-cilantro soup is delicious, as is the Smoked Turkey Spinach wrap (which was a huge portion ).

Very difficult to figure out where the hotel entry and parking was. Then after all that trouble, I didn't even get my famous chocolate chip cookie . Sad.

A bit forgetful when it comes to giving you your cookie , you may have to ask for it...

Paper thin walls. I spent the night listening to my neighbor snore, and management still won't contact me to discuss a partial refund or points. Very disappointing.
