Hyatt Regency Cleveland at The Arcade

I loved the Arcade . The service was top notch and the island feel of the room was understated but relaxing.

Really great place to stay! Comfortable rooms , beautiful environment, great location and very friendly staff ! Joe the bellman is a go to guy for anything!

The staff here is amazing! Had a great visit and much of it was due to how wonderful everyone is. The rooms are being renovated this fall and I'm sure this will be the place to stay in Cleveland.

The historic landmark of this hotel is the perfect starting point for experiencing the city . Each guestroom reflects the building's stunning architecture , with vaulted ceilings & elegant decor .

Be sure to take some time and walk around, especially the fourth floor. The gargoyles are all different. The architecture is amazing! This building is on the National Register of Historic Places.

The staff is absolutely wonderful especially Tommy in Catering ! The only complaint I have is that my room was absolutely freezing even though the heat was set for 78.

If you need a ride anywhere in CLE ask for Joe the bell man. He can hook you up with his town car buddy Jeff. Way better than a cab and about the same $$$. Joe is great.

If you plan on sleeping on the weekend, don't get a room facing the arcade . Non stop screaming people that echo. 'Exterior' inside walls poorly insulated and you hear everything.

Friendly staff but the rooms...really?! Giant swamp coolers that stand 4-feet tall and look like a beat up old machine are part of the decor in some areas. Arcade is beautiful, rooms could be improved

Not just this hotel , but all hotels ' extra beds (the roll away beds) are the worst! you can literally feel each individual spring! And the rooms need major remodelling. Walls and ceilings are uneven!

This place is extremely old and one of the oldest hotels in Cleveland, Ohio. I don't recommend staying here unless you have too. All rooms and hotel needs to be renovated.

Dirty Room. Dusty. Crew didn't clean up. It shakes when buses pass by. Needs remodeling. Charges higher rates for "business plan" you get nothing extra. Do not stay here. A joke.

Arcade rooms are a bit bigger, and have an interior view of the arcade !

Confortable rooms but the restaurant service staff was totally unpolite.

Don't forget to carry your room key at all times. You'll need it to use the elevators .

Don't stay here. Everything sucks. $23 for valet (mandatory bc there's no place else to park ). They don't answer the phone & you have to wait 20+ mins for your car! Rooms crappy & need to be updated.

Don't stay here. Overpriced. Room was small and plain in the Euclid tower. Bathrooms at the holiday inn are better. No pool and Internet is $10 a day. No decent ammenities.
