Waiting in line at the boat rental is the best place to eavesdrop on wet blanket helicopter parents living in fear of how deep the water is. I've never seen a paddle boat capsize.
Despite the signage, you can only rent boats at the kiosk near the lake . Beware of heli-parents clogging up the line with silly questions, like "how deep is the lake "? Government ID required to rent.

Like feeding ducks? Try Cheerios. They have more nutritive value than white bread , and they're fun and easy to scatter, so you can feed more at once. Ducks love them!
