I think the Mad Hatter from Alice in Wonderland works here. it's always chaotic, and service brusque. A true mad house and not in a good way.

Busiest Starbucks in the city . They are quick but still expect a wait.

This has to be the dirtiest Starbucks bathroom everrrrrr. Not just in the city , but all of east coast. Id never know I was in a Starbucks!

They have really stepped up their service. So glad to see a change at this location.

I love this Starbucks. The staff is friendly and after you have been in a few times they remember your drink order.

Try the pumpkin bread . It's one of the best pastries at The bucks.

The staff here is unusually rude. Experienced it on two separate occasions.

The slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Never seen so many people working behind the counter getting so little done. 10+ min just to get an iced coffee .

Half the time the service is great. The other half, well , let's just say I've never met such rude baristas!

The way the bar is set up, if the barista making drinks isn't paying attention when you give the cashier your order you have to repeat it. Annoying and inefficient.

Be nice to the staff .. Theyre the bomb.

Don't go to this one. There is always a line . Adding insult to injury, the staff is clearly too busy to care about: 1) getting it right 2) apologizing for their mistakes 3) smiling. Seek other coffee .

Very small, with just two tables and a handful of bar stools.
