One of the really local tapas place in Barcelona, if you are around go and try bombas and sangria . They dont speak English and dont have wifi but they are so cool :)

Gosia

The must for tapas in Bcn, great food, big portions and good prices! best tapas we had so far. They have english menu but they speak only spanish. Cash only . Around 15:00 no problem with a table:)

Matteo Rossi

Very authentic and tasty tapas , definitely go for the bombeta, the pimiento and the little fried squids . Wine is dirty cheap as well . They claim not to speak English but they do don't worry!

Selim Taner

Best in town . So liked, came back for lunch the next day and tried other dishes. Portions are big. Try Bombatas, Chipirones is great. Try small fish fried and sangria ! They know what they are doing.

Elisha Jelen

Try the bombas for sure!! Grilled artichoke was great too. The staff don't speak much english but easy enough and great friendly service - he even showed me how to correctly eat the artichoke ! Rookie

Beril Esen

Local tapas place with generous servings , cheap wine , extraordinary tapas , and helpful waiters . Much better than some meh spot with high prices by the water. Get the seafood salad and steamed mussels .

Sam Maes

The bombas are amazing and certainly worth the visit. In the evening the place was very crowded so not the ideal restaurant for an romantic evening . But hey, enjoy the bomba and go and have a walk! :)

Hande Kaya

The place is full and I don’t believe they take reservations . Delicious caracoles (which you must try!) and calamares . Service was a bit slow but taking into consideration the crowd...

Dobó Mátyás

Spain.Spanish food with Spanish service. Really good for getting a feeling of the local culture. After going to a fancy tapas bar , try this and you will be amazed by how real food prepared and served.

Bianca

Everything is delicious. Try the slides octopus with cayenne pepper or the sardines à la plancha, with a glass of white wine . Try the bombas too.

Zampano

Great and non touristy place for tapas and wine . Portions are quite big and everything we had was delicious. They do not speak English so try out your foodie Spanish! they do only accept cash.

Nevermore

You won't be free of the tourists but that doesn't keep the locals away - a surefire sign that La Bombeta offers something special. The food's fairly cheap , totally classic and made for sharing.

La Bombeta is a small tapas place in Barceloneta, full of local people, the atmosphere is catching and the food as well as service are amazing. Expect longer lines during high season after 21:00

Mish and Rob

It's a cute little place with friendly service and a lovely atmosphere. The bombas really are great - as are lots of other dishes. Our favourite was the "pulpo a la Gallega" (Galician octopus ): wow.

Mariana Vieira

We ordered some tapas , but the ones we liked more are: bombas , peixada frita and artichokes . If you like chocolate , don't leave before take the trufas caseiras! Crowded restaurant , but nice staff !

Have you ever heard of the Barcelona-born bombas with allioli? Locals love this place. Handle with care; allioli is garlic mayonnaise and bombas are spicy , so keep away if you want to flirt!

Eva Moučková

Delicious tapas for a good price. Las bombas - a must have. Great service, only spanish speaking though. Accept only cash .

Andrey Smuglin

Absolutely great place! Strongly recommend to ask waiter and order his recommendation! :)

The "Bombas " are very good! Food good quality and price not too expensive ! About 25 euro each with wine eating a lot!!

I wasn't impressed by anything, but artichokes (had 2 portions in the end :]) Bombeta is supposed to be famous for their bombas - fried bowl of potatoes soaking with oil, didn't rock my world really.

Dilek Karasoy

One of the best memories of Barcelona. Phew. Time flies.

Traditional Spanish food . Highly recommended.
