笹鮨 Sasa Sushi

Chef Andre Chiang's favorite sushi place in Taipei. High end and pricey . Had a great omakase but slightly preferred Kitcho.

Omakase is definitely the way to go. Limited English by staff , but was treated very warmly, and one U.S. Educated staff member translated when needed. Definitely recommend.

Probably my favorite sushi place. Quality is spectacular and I like that they keep everything simple but with small twists. Great value .

Absolutely amazing! Went for lunch and its without a doubt on par with New York's finest! :) will definitely come back again!

Ingredients are top notch, as they should be at this price range. However, sushi rice was too hard (at least during my visit), as they definitely should not be at this price range.

Regular omakase takes at least 2.5 hours, but they will still accommodate you if you are in a rush.

This is one of the best sushi in Taipei
