Nice beach but crowded . Parking gets filled up quickly so you'll have to go to the train station to get a bus that will cost you $5 round trip that comes every 45 minutes. Last bus leaves at 5:30pm.

my favorite beach in massachusetts . avoid those weeks in july with the greenheads . walk far from the stairs (left or right) to have space all to yourself.

Jen Zak

Beautiful long beach with great amenities . Parking is $25 on weekends and there's no waves. Expect the beach to be crowded near the staircase entrance. Down to the right is more space.

The nicest beach in the Boston area! Worth the $25 entrance. The changing rooms are new and beautiful! Area to rinse your feet before heading to your car.

Rebecca M

One of the best beaches around--just try not to visit during greenhead fly season--they bite and are very annoying. They warn you before you pay for parking .

Garrett Van Siclen

Long sandy Beach with sweeping views of the Atlantic, Cape Ann, Plum Island , Ipswich, and the Crane Estate

Chanda Ellis

My FAVORITE beach ! As opposed to Hampton you won't have drunk teens running around or step on disgusting garbage. Plus all proceeds go to the nature reserve ! How cute is that?!

Sofia Uz

One of the most beautiful beaches of MA, parking is quite pricy , but worth it if you're there all day

Garrett Van Siclen

Greenheads are seasonal. Seagulls are year round and are very aggressive. They will go in your packs for food. They will snatch a sandwich out of your hands. DON'T FEED THEM! Keep your food secure.

Keri Garel

Take a long walk when the tide is low. The sandbars are great.

Andrea Geoffrey-White

Beautiful beach !!! I highly recommend going and getting there early. Water was clear and sandy.

Luis Silva

1/2 price after 3pm for thouse lazy Bostonians that wake up at noon like me. Stay until the sunsets . Look for the High tide sign at the entrance knowing high tide will help you know where to put down

Sue Zee
