Get the beef noodle , wide noodles . The orange condiments are spiced lard, green ones are pickled mustard greens and the red one is chili oil . There's also two types of vinegars, try experimenting.

Everything is so nice except the soup which was a little blend, but its purposely so so u can make ur own flavor by adding any of their chilli/brown butter/fishroe butter/sour pickles/vinegar. Top 10

Get the knife-cut beef noodles . Then, modify the soup to your content with the available condiments : raw garlic , chili oil , black vinegar, tallow, spiced tallow, and pickled sour mustard .

Beef is truly tender and tasty,slightly salty but taste great,however it would be nicer if the soup base is slightly more spicy with more flavour. Overall worth a try!

Not sure bout the best but it's definitely good. Just take note that there's no rice vermicelli (bihun) option to choice from and don't forget about your FREE packed drink with every beef noodle order

Great noodles soup . No english menu, but just say niu zhrou if you're after beef noodle soup , it'll do. Need to choose the size too (90 S, 100M, 110 L).

俗擱大碗是對建宏的第一印象，小碗牛肉麵只要七十元就能享受到大碗肉又多的牛肉麵 ，湯頭初嘗時雖略顯單薄，但桌上有許多調味料可以加，想要辣想要酸都沒問題。 桌上的調味料有咖啡色的牛油(讓湯頭味道更濃)、橘色的牛油(要加辣加下去就對囉)、白醋和黑醋(不是一般市面上看的到的工研或鎮江，只要加一些就又香又酸了)。 總之只要調配得當，就能吃到一碗最適合自己口味的牛肉麵 囉!

百元內牛肉麵，見識了。小中大碗分別是8090100，小碗的牛肉份量 也非常夠！桌上有凝固的大塊牛油，加一點點湯就都是脂肪味，辣椒醬很刺激。寬面是刀削麵，再薄一點就好，但在WW還講究什麼刀削麵的工藝啊我！哈哈
