最初に厨房まで注文、テーブルまで持って来た時に支払う。麺 は太め、味は薄いのでテーブルにある調味料で味付けする。ラー油 、高菜 、牛脂（店員さんはこれを勧めてきた）小でも十分大きい。雑麺 はモツ入りなのかな？
