The remodel of the old Firehouse gives this place a very nice feel. The black bean dip that they serve you at the beginning is the bees knees.

Apparently a new trend I'm seeing in Oak Cliff is to charge for super premium call liquor when you order well . Vodka and Scotch became Grey Goose and McAllen. Watch your bill.

Gloria's labels themselves as "latin cuisine". Food is mediocre & over priced. The service is excellent, however you cannot park in their lot, only valet.

Try the Glenda's Favorite - El Salvadoran papusas.
