Octopus is an absolute ‘hit & miss’ if you ask me but this specific dish turned out to taste as good as it looked. Pulpo done well is marvelous and this one definitely pleased my pallet! 👌🏼😊

Pan con tomate , asparagus (with jamon ), anchovies and tomato salad . All delicious in their own ways. All recommended. Definitely get the pan con tomate if you have to choose—it’s delightfully complex

Pan con tomate was so yummy! We went for croquetas and enjoyed each and every dish! Ordered Calamar a la plancha, asparagus navarra and Presa. Definitely will come back. You should order to share 😀

Excellent Spanish food . Jose Pizarro is a talented chef ! Service was splendid. That's possibly the only place on earth I would say "do not miss Pan con tomate (tomato bread )"

Fantastic restaurant . Far from the classic typical Spanish place, this is the real thing: an excellent restaurant one could find in Spain. Try the Bermondsey bomba!

Whatever else you get, finish with the leche frita. One of the best desserts I've ever had. Oh and don't sleep on the Sea Bass .

I love everything about Pizarro. A great big sister to José down the street. Brilliant tapas , and a wonderful Spanish wine selection . Highly recommended.

Tried literally EVERY SINGLE ITEM on the menu as a team building event . Very amazing and authentic Spanish food . definitely don't miss the croquet !

Pizarro is right opposite st Mary magdelin church . Go pass José, their sister causal tapas bar at the corner if you are coming from London Bridge , in 5mins you will see it on your right.

Delicious food and well presented. Artichokes a little salty but creamy, octopus perfectly cooked, duck salad with hazelnuts recommended.

Pizarro has newly opened and is the second Tapas bar launched by Jose Pizarro. The menu small, simple but filled with flavor. Definitely my second choice after Jose when I am in the area.

Ignore the other restaurant doing English breakfast stay in bed arrive noon and have octopus and spinach salad all our wow!

Best ever experience of Basque cuisine. Ask for special pork which is not on the menu . Be lucky to get it.

Food us amazing, recommend the pork presa, baked eggs with machego and pistol for vegetarian . Limited soft drinks only original coke and oj . Best part, service not included!

Banquette seats are very comfortable and you get a great view of the restaurant . There's also a lovely private room at the back for groups.

The Presa ibérica is one of the best dishes I have ever tasted. Worth going for that dish alone.

Proper Spanish food that goes beyond standard 'tapas '. Not cheap but nothing good usually is. Fine wine and sherry list and the Iberican ham is delicioso !
