As good as the location at Central but with easier parking , larger tables and less of a hassle ordering at the counter. It's not as hip in this ex-Red Lobster building but who cares!

I’m a huge fan of Central’s dry ribs . My family loves the pulled pork . We’ve tried tons of Memphis BBQ shops and Central is definitely near the top of our list of favorites.

You can't go wrong with pulled pork or ribs . If you are feeling adventurous, go for the pig nachos . We love them. Think about saving space for the homemade desserts too. My fave is caramel cake !

I had a terrific pulled pork sandwich that I had to eat with a fork due to so much meat piled on the bun . A problem with which I was quite happy to handle.

The popular choices are dry rub ribs and BBQ nachos , both good choices. But the underrated favorite in my book is the turkey sandwich . Amazing.
