The lunch buffet is your best bet at sampling their pulled pork , sausage and sides for only $8.99 considering most entrees with just a serving of pulled pork is around the same price.
Just about everything is good. People.comw foe the BBQ but the fried food is even better sometimes. Catfish and tenders here are amazing as well !
Listen, let's get this out of the way first. Corky's is not the VERY BEST BBQ in Memphis . However, they are pretty good, reasonably priced, located everywhere, and have plenty of parking !
TexMex or Mexican tamales are the best but these southern tamales with chili is an interesting side to share at your table.
While Corky's is not the best BBQ in town , their buttered rolls are among the best. ...almost worth the trip alone!
The Bar-B-Que Shop on Madison has a better pulled pork sandwich . Corky's has pretty good dry rub ribs .

Just may be the best wet Barbeque in Memphis. Cole slaw comes on the sandwiches unless you ask. Their onion loaves are great!
