Here’s how you do this: show up right at 8. Order zucchini pancakes , poached eggs , andouille , soju Bloody Mary . Break the eggs over the potatoes , add cholula . Intersperse with plenty of coffee .

I thought that I would have food envy. However the chive pancakes were the perfect balance of sweet and savoury. Bacon chunks throughout with fluffy eggs on the side. Long lines are worth the wait.
