Crappy outlet. Ordered a black pepper spicy chicken mcdeluxe for take away at 3am, they served me frozen, reheated, rubbery burger . They are lucky i am staying in Subang Jaya or else im gonna screw em

Not to be racist, but sometimes when they have mostly indian staffs .. The whole place became very rowdy. Mouth talk faster than hand do work.

To those going to hog the wifi or power points , pls learn to bring your own multipoint plug and order something more than a cup of drink. Dont be a fucking cheapskate.

Parking isn't easy to find here. Outlet here is a little dirty . Careful as there is night market on Monday nights so it gets really crowded .

Can be very crowded at times and make sure you check whether you got everything they forget a lot of things when u order

How could a fast food chain outlet run out of chicken breast ? I ordered chicken breast but the staff gave me 2 drumsticks instead which I don't want. The manager come out and didn't apologize.

Mocha frappe is better than Starbucks :)

Overpromises and never delivers . Asked for any fried chicken part EXCEPT for a drumstick and they still gave me a drumstick. The order number queuing also sucks as it takes an eternity to be prepared.

Just noticed the cleaner staff on the 2nd floor, complaining to customers that he's the only one doing the job for the whole floor, said the management don't bother on the employee's concerns.. kesian

Be mindful when choosing tables under the aircond blower as water tends to drip

Try to make a point to clean the table after your meal. Malaysians are lazy lots. Most fast food restaurants in other parts of the world dont hire dediated cleaners to look after yo tables!

Service may be slow, especially during peak hours. McDonald's one utama still has the fastest service.

Upstair is more comfortable

Out of so many McDs, this branch has the worst WiFi I've ever seen. Don't talk about speed or connection stability, I'll clap for you if you can make it past the login page.

Tons of people during lunch hour so avoid coming during that time. Super crowded ! :O

The short malay lady manager has terrible service! I asked for more coins in my change for parking , she gave me that bulldog face saying "NO!!! KENOT! NO" wtf?! They have plenty I saw before asking!

Mostly crowded but only serve with one open counter. Not very efficient.

Extremely slow service in the morning of 24th June '13. Only one POS is working. I stood at counter for 5mins watching the cashier fumbling with wrong orders of previous customer w/o taking my order.

Iced latte and iced micha were way too nice :)

Their clock is 10mins fast so when you go for the coffee offer, take note.

Only one power point at the indoor section upstairs. The rest are in the smoking section outside.

The fries here seems to be recycled . The color is a bit dark and tastes funny

Staff should be more alert to clean the table..don't just tunggu customer tegur nak clean table baru nak clean

too dirty for latte . waching a staff "dip " the dirty table cloth into the big latte mug in the basin . yuck!

It's really sad that Malaysian expect fast service in fastfood but never clear own tables and can even proudly said it's "our" culture ... What a shame!

Worst McDonald's branch in the vicinity next to Section 14. Slow sloppy and staff are mostly school dropouts
