One of the best menus in LA, and some really interesting wines to top things off. Green Shakahouka with a glass of chilled red wine is what dreams are made of.

Mixed feelings about HLAY! Some dishes were 👍🏼 others 👎🏼. Highlights: chicken liver & beef tartare . Beef tongue , bone marrow & frog legs = ok. Hamachi collar , blood cake & cauliflower all tanked!
Amazing new spot in LA. We loved the combination of a European menu with Asian flavors. Our favorites were scallops , beef tartare and fish dish . The cocktails also don’t disappoint!

The vegetables are done well with umami flavors - get the beets & tomatoes ! And don't forget to get a slice of pie if you are sitting at the bar .

Good, not great. fav is chicken liver and yuzu sorbet . beef tartare and pork belly are good. I thought I‘d like the bone marrow but didn’t love the anchovies . Skip the blood cake and shishito peppers .
Wait staff is rude and pretentious - told us we could not have the ice cream sandwich because we are not regulars. Oops oh my
