The new Arroyo space outside is fantastic! Make sure to bring a change of clothes and water shoes . My son gets soaked every time we go.

Parking can be a nightmare when Rose Bowl flea market is held next door EVERY SECOND Sunday of each month (as of June 2021). Come early or just avoid second Sunday of each month.

Great place for kids and the membership gets you early admission in the morning, before things got batshit crazy like they do at children’s museums .

Awesome place to spend a day with kids. Right next to the Rose Bowl.

The gardens might be closed if there's an event . For the Pumpkin Festival and Halloween , they had a pumpkin and egg hunt for kids in the gardens . Call ahead to make sure the gardens are open.

Kidspace Children's Museum was founded by the members of the Junior League of Pasadena and the Caltech community in 1979.

The water stream outside is so awesome! Kids can walk in the water and down the stream as long as they have water shoes on.

It was crowded , so tough to have fun. Might be more fun when it is not so crowded .

2/3 outdoors, which works for LA weather. Best for kids 3.5 to 6 or so.

Don't forget to bring extra change of clothes and swimming suit for the kids to get wet
