By far the best restaurants in town ! Every dish was delicious. Started with Frito Misto & Wedge Salad , then Rotisserie Chicken for my main with the Brussels sprouts as a side. Everything was amazing!

Every item on the menu is great here. Wine pairings are spot on as well . Management is exemplary and it shows that they care about their clientele. There’s a reason they’re celebrating their 40th year

Get the steak , it's very good. The salmon (pictured) is also great mainly because of the sweet potatoes & sriracha . Def leave room for the gingerbread cake or take it to go, you'll want it later.

A carnivore's dream: falling-off-the-bone pork shank and tender flank steak , but the veggies (try the baby kale salad and the Brussels side) are equally delicious!

This is by far the best restaurant in the Vail Valley. I've never had a bad experience or meal. The menu changes somewhat regularly so it is hard to make suggestions about what to order. Enjoy!

Salads were amazing ! Green and Caesar. Halibut was huge delicious portion. My friend had steak and butternut soup and he lived it .

Amazing meal. Get the animal crackers . They were amazing. Great selection of amazing craft beer . Good wine list . Of and the lamb was amazing too.

Get close with one of the booths facing the kitchen or ask for a table overlooking the Gore Creek if you're into that. Order the shrimp and grits with Creole butter and pancetta .

All the food here is so good! Must try the shrimp and grits it is amazing! If you like oysters try the oyster shot it is very good!

Great place for comfort food and a great selection of craft beer . The bruschetta app plate is worth a try

Striped Bass and fried oysters were amazing.. As well as the Brussel sprouts and the ricotta app

Crab bisque , sweetbreads , and cocktails were all delicious! Definitely would visit again.

If it is still available when you visit, do not pass up the Salted Caramel Chocolate Cake Ice Cream made by the pastry chef , Amy. There is nothing like it in the world.

The best meal I've had in Vail! Great service too. The shrimp and grits were phenomenal and the beets & fennel were fantastic.

The Oxtail Ragu is amazing. I am not one to normally get pasta , however I am so glad I tried this.

Everything is excellent! Don't miss the maple cheesecake and the Odells Mountain Standard (double IPA ) on tap .

Ask for Sean as your waiter ! I turned down desert ; but after I paid my bill he told me he had “something sweet” headed my way, because he couldn’t have let me leave without a treat. 🥰

The king salmon . And I don't eat salmon . Simply amazing.

Food was excellent but our server left a lot to be desired. We were seated in a booth back by the bar which was extremely noisy and the bartenders were the nosiest of all.
