The chef changed, and the new menu has radically changed and IMHO not for the better. Many of the “affordable ” steak options were removed. Gone are staples like the $48 filet and lobster bisque ????
Amazing bone-in filet. The tenderest cut I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. Add to that the "shroom " rub and dipped in the black pepper sauce , it is truly to die for.
Chef Jason is great. The carpaccio awesome. The scallops topped with foie gras accompanied by braise kale with almonds . Get the chef tasting. Steven the sommelier will hook you up. KATALINE ROCKS!
Amazing 20 oz bone In with bacon wrapped asparagus and desserts with a bordeaux is a winner. Service is 5 star
Really outstanding food, wine , and overall experience. Highly recommend.
Complementary valet parking at the Four Seasons when dining at Flame!
The portions are for 2 so dive into the 6 sauces and take a journey with no return. Impeccable service and informed sommelier Steve
Coming from New York, surprisingly excellent filet and sides.
