The Meats are excellent. Always tender and juicy, never dry. Very nice atmosphere.
This is probably my favorite BBQ in the city . It may due to nostalgia but it's good, none the less.
After 37 years on Hempstead Highway Demeris has moved into a new spot. Very spacious AND when the line is out the door there's some over head cover.

Good barbecue and excellent mac and cheese
Gave them a second chance on a simple sliced beef samwhich and it was cold again. Not much flavor in the beef . Bun was awesome. Northern style potato made with mustard , awful flavor sour pickle flavor
