Berkey Creamery's ice cream is the best I have ever had and it is a great Penn State landmark and tradition. My favorite flavor is death by chocolate . Go try it, you won't be disappointed!

HUGE servings but AMAZING taste at reasonable prices. They even offer dry ice if you want to take some of the deliciousness home with you! Traveled 7 hours and the ice cream was still hard as rock.

Peachy paterno is excellent. Line goes out the door but moves pretty quickly.

Death By Chocolate is a killer. Definitely ranked in my top three ice cream shops . Wish I could have stayed and tried all the flavors but got away with a few gallons in the cooler packed with dry-ice.

The ice cream is unreal! I recommend the Monkey Business in a cup. They give you sooooo much that a cup is necessary to avoid spillage.

Get the cookie dough in a shake . It's a delicious vanilla shake at first and then when you get to the bottom you have all the cookie dough bites to enjoy with a spoon

Last time I was here Joe Paterno walked through the dining area and I was star struck. Feeling bittersweet :( but going for Death by Chocolate (perfect indulgence for a chocolate lover!)

Grab a half gallon of your favorite flavor before making a trip home; the staff can pack it to keep it from melting AND your parents will be so happy with you!

Alumni swirl is a favorite. Milkshakes . Coffee , cappuccino , irvings bagels , psu bakery doughnuts . Creamery milk and dairy products.

The coffee is really good as the ice cream . Also you should try the cheeses and dips , you will add at your grocery list.

Best ice cream EVER! Be warned - you get a lot more ice cream in the cone than you do in the cup! Gotta get Peachy Paterno :) WE ARE!!!!

Make sure to get the Peanut Butter Swirl with sprinkles !

Creamery ice cream is very high in fat and the staff give large portions . Don't hesitate to ask for a smaller portion. The staff doesn't mind and it saves some calories!

The butter pecan ice cream is Soraya’s favorite cone in America! This is the oldest creamery in Pennsylvania and has always been run by Penn State University’s Agriculture School.

A penn state visit isn't complete without a visit to the creamery. You can't go wrong with the Bittersweet Mint or the WPSU Coffee Break .

Delicious ice cream , but watch yourself. Extremely high fat content ice cream . Only treat yourself every so often or else you'll regret it! All good things in moderation....

Buy a coffee travel mug for $7.99 and get 70 cent refills as long as you still have the mug. And it's pretty good coffee !

If you're in State College you have to stop at the Creamery. Peanut Butter Cup ice cream . Yum!

Ice Cream - The best that I have ever had.

Get a couple half gallons "to go" and they'll pack it in a cold bag with dry ice ! Good for a few hour drive home if you're just visiting.
