Absolutely the cleanest NYSC location I've ever seen! Never too crowded . Best time to go is early morning. 5-7 pm can be a little tight but I've never had to wait in line for anything.

Zumba on Friday nights and the Saturday mornings are great also the spinning on Tuesdays love it......Come early in the morning or after 8pm not too crowded

Beware the Bird Man: there's a muscular dude here almost every evening who makes loud bird squawking noises as he works out. Very distracting if you happen to be working out next to him!

Bring your own mat. NYSC doesn't require members to wear shoes or socks in the group fitness rooms. So unless you want to catch athlete's foot or a plantar wart, avoid their mats at all cost.
