If you don't have luggage to check in, stay to the right in the terminal and use the kiosks near the entrances.

U can't bring liquids into the airports unless its frozen because its considered a solid. Freeze water, and juice if you're checking in early

If you're booked in the rear of the plane , buy food in advance . They stock about 50 meals for 180 people and often sell out.

Prepare for ridiculously long waits if you have to get in line to talk to any agent. You would think United would staff up for holidays. Good chance you may miss a flight.

They installed the new luggage scan belt but it's not working or efficient, you will stuck there and let other pushy ppl get their way with little to no help.

Next time you think of booking United out of LAX, choose to walk or swim there. It'll be so much faster.

The shortest TSA check line is accessible on the 2nd level from Terminal 7 check in level, by an elevator that noone knows.

Had a regrettable experience with United Airlines.Despite with business ticket, I was compelled at the gate to check my hand luggage,an action that seemed both unnecessary and unprofessional.

DON’T listen to girl about the frozen liquids. At the airport NOW. TSA threw away ALL my frozens saying “security issue - they’re still liquids & melt. Apparently some wacko tried this before. Ugh.

What's the point in online check in? Queue to drop bags, the perform check in, wait for baggage handler, show ID. 30mins! That's not the way to fly!

Check the overhead monitors at the gate to see if they're giving you a free upgrade to First Class .

I don't understand why the aircraft was too cold unlike the other aircrafts? In the middle of the trip they served ice cream which was really ironic...

The fried egg sandwich at the new Wolfgang puck restaurant is good!

The gate 80s area has better food options (Carl's Jr, Roadhouse, etc) than the gate 70s area and appears less crowded

Next time bring a nag large enough for your dogs. Held up over an hour

Easy check in if you dont have any checked bags. Fast

I always get picked up at departure instead of arrivals. Much less traffic.

United's Staff is on point! Knowledgeable and Courteous.

Avoid LAX when possible--kind of a perfect analogy for America's roll in the world, we are a legacy hub: LAX ain't DBX...

I'm pretty sure that the TSA intentionally does all they can to test your patience.

The 'A' Bus will take you to Terminal 2 for Air NZ. Look for blue sign.

Make sure to register for a frequent flyer card. I love the perks: check-in bags for free, upgrades, etc.

Boo the movies were 'stuck ' in Spanish only and my overhead light was out also. 'We will file a report on that' while I sit in the dark for my 4 hour flight. Grrr

The plane was pretty small.

United employs customer service reps who sit around and don't take complaints! Why bother? Save the cost!

They need to be retained or something because they said we could go up with the person we were dropping off but then we Rudely got told that we couldn't be up there. We had to cut our goodbyes short

Terminal 7 food court under construction . No more Wolfgang Puck . Bring food cause the options are McD's or BK.

Wood fire grill is pretty good in the d terminal

Buy food in advance its limited in this terminal and ridiculously expenses . 3.50 for a plain bagel that you pick up, slice, and spread cream cheese on yourself is insane!! Decor sucks and music sucks.

Hated the checkin counter, but the people at the gate were really courteous and helpful.
