The pan handlers are awful here! Every day a new crack head with a new bs story, or some guy saying "my car ran out of gas..." :(
Go here if you want to be harassed for money by panhandlers who hang out at its entrance.
Their pharmacy takes FOREVER! Don't go here if you have anything else to do.
