The food is not too salty or oily. Love the white cabbage and tofu dish . For pig trotter fans, you would enjoy the deep fried ones sold. Service is fairly good even with a full house.

Most waitress can't speak English. One or two can, so ask for them. Food is great. Make a reservation during peak hours. Otherwise it will be 30min or so.

The shredded pork with fried man tou (bun ) is excellent. One of their best dishes!
