My lord... it's been a long time since I got my ass kicked this hard. All body weight & resistance workout, like the devil's pilates . Vinny is so kind & motivational. Will definitely be back.
Brutally hard reformer Pilates . Clean nice studio.
the fusion class was a full body workout but I was expecting it a little faster and heart pumping than it actually was..
