I've been coming here for over 10 yrs - high time I pay it a compliment. Best fish & chips in the city . A tad expensive but I don't mind considering how great it is! Go now!
Cod and halibut taste almost alike and have very similar texture, but cod tastes a bit more fishy–enough so that the cat was reaching up for the cod ! Huge servings; only $8.75 for takeout .
Not your run of the mill fish and chips . High quality food and really authentic ! Good stuff!
Well of course the Halibut is great, but my personal favorite is the Cod . And you can buy an order of the Onion Rings (huge serving) with $5 you save getting the Cod .
Highly recommended. The fish is sublime. The fries are okay. Small, enclosed areas for dining, which may not sit well with those trying to avoid being in close quarters with too many people.
Cod & chips and seafood platter were very good. I esp. loved halibut . Wishing their fries are more crisp though!
Super tasty. Halibut and lime pie and sherry triffle were perfect! They have a nice place.
Amazing fish ! Get there early though. Take out is good but best to go inside as the fish can get soggy from condensation in the take out box
Wicked good halibut and chips , one of, if not the absolute, best in town . Parkings limited, but the surrounding residential roads and shopping centre across the street have ample parking
Everything is good. Love the halibut and chips . Also every bit as good halibut and their Greek salad ! Great service!
The best fish and chips in the city just make sure not to go on a Friday during the Lenten season because you'll be waiting hours for a table.
The quality of foods and deserts , ambiance and prices are all very good. Definitely will come here again
Halibut & chips is delicious, great pub atmosphere. Though the food is excellent, if you're looking for staff to be attentive, this isn't the spot for you.
Excellent fish & chips for low prices! I’d highly recommend Apple crisp & pineapples rings for dessert .
Great fish and chips . Friendly staff . Parking is non-existent but there is an option for take out .
My wife has tried fish and chips almost everywhere possible in Toronto. This is the best I've ever had. And amazing bang for buck.
One of the best fish and chip places in the city . Got to try the platter!!
Cozy place great food and beer
Visiting Olde Yorke reminds me that the target market for Fish and Chips seems to be old white people. Yummy anyhow.
The best fish and chips . Far away but very authentic .
Really great fish and chips . Large portions and good quality fish .
Deep fried mars bars pretty good
Best fish and chips in Toronto . Great Staff .
Reliably good. I always get the halibut but each to their own.
Cod is less than Stella and the sherry trifle is ruined by blueberries . Happy to have tried it but won't be in a hurry to return
Amazing restaurant . Best f&s ever...
Daily Specials . Amazing food and great atmosphere!
Traditional and delicious fish and chips .
Call ahead to save yourself some waiting time. Usually a 10-15 minute lead time is what they need.
Even folks from the east coast say this place has good fish & chips !
Excellent fish and chips , and reasonable prices. Parking there is a bit of a problem though, as the parking lot is the size of a post stamp.
Very good halibut ! !! Well worth the wait!!!
My favorite fish & chips in the GTA ... bar none! Try the deep fried clams for something different.
Everything!
Don't let anyone tell you that there is better fish and chips than at Olde Yorke!
Awesome fish and chips . Parking is a bit tricky when it is busy.
If you're considering the key lime pie , do it!!!
Best fish & chips in Toronto !
The batter on the fish is not greasy or heavy. Highly recommended, but there are very limited parking spots .
Try the deep fried Mars bars . I know sounds weird, but they're amazing!!!
Best fish & chips in Toronto
Check out the wall of Staff photos in the Take Out area.. good reads to pass the time waiting.

Best key lime pie EVER!

Wednesday & Thursday Seafood Platter (Halibut, Shrimp, Scallops, hand-cut chips and coleslaw) is a good choice - CLA10
Besides fish & chips and similar, they've Scottish dishes like black pudding, haggis, steak & kidney pie, meat pie etc. Not to forget classic desserts: deep fried Mars Bars, jam sandwich & Oreos - Gabriel Seah
One of the best Longo's in the city - they have better products and carry a lot more variety than other locations - Mia
I really like the super friendly and clean atmosphere. They have great freshly baked breads for huge sandwiches. A must is the lentil soup. I wish they had proper jam not that garbage Kraft for toast - Joanna Sable
I like their recycling program they have for electronics. Don't shop here too often as I can always find better prices online. - Jenny-Lee Livingston
