Casual , modern unagi restaurant that offers really good quality eel and a few different options on how to eat it. Would recommend getting the Set meal to have the eel served in different ways
Get tamagoyaki with mentaiko in the middle. Super yummy! And of course hitsumabushi tastes amazing as always 😁

Unagi was so crispy and succulent. A little expensive but that's okay
Make a reservation before coming for lunch . Queue will be long but nothing compared to SG food queue. (-:

탱탱한 장어살과 단맛이 과하지 않은 소스가 잘 어우러진 듯 하다. 마루심의 단맛이 강한 소스를 좋아한다면 좀 심심하게 느껴질 수도.
周りサクサクで中がしっとりの鰻 。堪能しました。絶品です。
ひつまぶし は滋味深く味濃いめ。さらしネギとワサビ で食すと飽きずに食べきれます。※薬味はお代わり自由。
ひつまぶし は言うことなし、窓側の席だと夜景 で雰囲気倍増します
薬味はお代わり無料。
ビール を頼むと繊細 なグラスに入って来ますよ
銀座まで来たので昼飯(^^)
上ひつまぶし は鰻 の量が多め
