I've worked most of the sales reps here and have had consistent help from each of them. Overall a good experience!

Ben is the best. He remembers me and assists me in not 'over-buying'. I always wait for him or come back if it is his day off. I have not ever had bad service from any of the staff here.

Smaller store than what I'm accustomed so the variety of products for the iPhone.

Please take my advice and avoid this store at all costs . If you already have a phone and plan they WILL NOT help you. They are only there to earn a commission off of new phone sales. AVOID THIS STORE.

This particular store is full of fail. Reps are uninformed about AT&T policies.

Avoid at all cost . The absolute worst customer service. Doug was clueless. Blind monkeys could provide better customer service.
