English Cinema Haydn

Opened in 1912 as a family business . In order to better serve Vienna's expatriate community, original English movies without subtitles were introduced in 1995.

One of the few English cinemas in Vienna. Staff is nice and the popcorn is as overpriced as everywhere else. Located on Mariahilfer Straße it has perfect connections and has full 3D and Digital.

Amazing sound and image, nice location and variety of movies . They are open even on Christmas and new year's eve! :) try to reserve the tickets online, that way it's faster

Probably the best English movie theater in Vienna. And it has been around since World War 1! So pay some respect ... and the entry fee of course.

Thank goodness this place exist. If you don't speak German and you want to see a 🎥 movie , that's the place. Is located on Mariahilfer Straße , on the shopping street !

Old style cozy chairs that you don't see often is just one of the charms of this over hundred years old cinema .

Great movies , new and classics in English. Helpful staff and nice pre-flick eating/drinking area (bring cash for that).

You may want to get your tickets early for certain popular movies . Sometimes you may have to watch Doctor Who from the first row

It is quite a small cinema and they don't have enough staff on busy days. Your best bet is to buy tickets online.
