Banfield service is superb! Just wish I could say the same for the PetHotel. If you love your pet , avoid PetHotel until they get better management & training in place. Go to Rt. 1 VA PetHotel 5 Stars
Be careful when parking in front - it's not always legal. There's a posted schedule. The best parking option is the garage right next to the store; you get two hours' free parking with validation.
Great store, good service and usually very clean . Just wish they'd carry Fresh Step crystal cat litter!

DON'T GO HERE - terrible customer service and they never did that great a job at grooming any way. Pay the extra money to have your pet groomed by people who actually care - I beg of you!
