Exceptional customer service. Their staff went out of their way to make my family's stay enjoyable.

You don't need to leave a wakeboard call. Housekeeping will knock on every door at 800 or so eventually you'll hear that knock on your door or someone else's.

Take the free shuttle out the back door to a ton of bars and restaurants down Broad Street.

Always a staple. Great location. Marriott service as always is customer oriented.

I do like this property but the staff was not that friendly . The concierge attendant didn't even speak. Great variety in the lounge . Also, the sink & the bathtub both had hair in them. I

Uncomfortable beds, I could hear lots of outside noise as well . Room got hot at night. Best thing would have to be the shower .

Don't be in a hurry to check in, and don't expect a call when room is ready if they offer to call, it is just a ploy to move you along.

This is the first hotel I've stayed where there's a reading night light attached to the bed-cool!

Ask for a room at the end of the hall otherwise you will hear the elevator move up/down all night. Not good for early mornings.

Try the carrot cake - and make sure they heat it up for you.
