Exceptional staff . We received superb treatment. Every interaction was a pleasure. The location is fantastic, right in the midst of the downtown action. Easy walking distance to almost everything. A+

Older but still very luxurious hotel in a premium location right off Robson. Gorgeous views , lovely, comfortable beds , plush carpet, marble baths, and great service. Only ding? Terrible internet.

Old school elegance with modern charm. Great location, attentive staff . This hotel has indoor pool , steam room , and ping pong table and lots of other great amenities .

What kind of cheap ass hotel charges $15 per day for WiFi and fees for local calls... lots of dust around the bedside table and the softest bed I’ve ever slept on (major backache). Shitty hotel

We ordered a movie and it was so fuzzy and distorted, it looked like it was playing on a VCR from the late 80s. It was a brand new movie and was advertised as HD.

You can get almond milk lattes in the cafe news shop...#justsayin

The rooms and hallways are dated. Oh well ... But location is good. We didn't have to take taxis while we stayed here.
