Roaring fireplaces , candles on the tables, sweet tunes , Bulmers on tap , chill vibes, and I've heard the food is fine.. What more could you want!?

The tartare is pretty damn fine (they can make it gf), surprisingly good cocktails too (whisky sour for $15 what!)

Excellent food in the dining room, and it was the first restaurant that I've heard play music by Sonic Youth, the Hoodoo Gurus, the Sunnyboys etc! Highly recommended.

Wow, you've just gotta try the pumpkin and pea pie . Not pastry but it has so many wondrous surprises in it. Best pie ever!!! Yum!

This is Tex Perkins' pub . He has transformed it into a pub with counter meals as well as a fine dining restaurant . It gets my tick!

Their own house brew - the Coburg Lager - is hard to go past.
