Decent place to get a hot beverage to warm your freezing hands when hanging out on the pier . Fresh food grilled outside on warm weekend days.

The berry smoothie is very nice, and the bagels are nice and warm

avocado and bacon bagel had a sliver of avocado couldn't even taste it, and two half cooked slices of bacon . Could only taste the cream cheese smothered. Very disappointed.

The hot chocolate here is incredible! Always get it with whip cream !
