Endêmica tasting menu was amazing. What an experience. Each dish is presented and explained by a chef . A must go if you are visiting Santiago. Hands down the best one.

That’s one of the worlds 50 restaurants ! It’s gorgeous place from the begging till the ending. Out of mind! I recommend endémica spring menu . Wines 40-100000 CLP. Bill for 2 ~250-300000 CLP.

For the foodies, it’s a great experience. Don’t expect to leave full. It’s a degustation menu . Service is impeccable and every dish is a feast for the eyes and the palate.

Cheapest menu was really interesting. But as i was already been at Denis Martin's restaurant in Vevey, CH, i must say that some plate are near from a gastromic restaurant than a real molecular dish.
