One of the nicer lounges in the US (especially for a US carrier), but the UA service staff here is horrible. Unhelpful and generally surly. Sarcastic smiles abound.. The waitstaff , however, are great!
The food may be mediocre, but this lounge is really spacious and has a pleasant scent. Eat at Centurion then relax at here. One of the best United lounges .
Love it they serve Ruinart (and it's the blanc de blancs version!). What I love less is that each time I am here that the bottle is empty and that I need to open a new one myself.
This is United's old First Class Lounge . Now with the new Polaris lounge , us economy class plebs have to go here.Decent seating and food, but can get very busy!
The free admission , e.g. also as an LH senator, is okay, the stay very pleasant. But 60$ per person for an access ticket is a bit excessive.
Horrifying.
So old and the food & drink options are very sub-par. But it's a large space and good range of options to spread out and setup for getting some work done.
The bartender was so angry at everyone for being there. She poured tasting samples and turned you away if you dared to ask for more
WARNING: if you are Global Services, a lifetime United Club member, but only flying Business class , you CANNOT bring in a guest. Seriously, United? You can find me and my friend at Andale!
I feel bad for international passengers that see this and think this is what first class is in the US.
True story: tip 5$ on your first drink and the bar tender will be very happy. Happy bartender = happy flier.
No need to come here while the other lounge next to security is under renovation. Pretty packed since it’s tiny.
This is really not a good lounge experience. Not a seat available anywhere the last 2 times I’ve been here. Great staff but it’s literally nicer in the main terminal. You can do better United.
Give the Tiger Beer a try. It's really good!
Quiet and roomy . Nice step up from the United Club.
Soup , salads , cheese and some cookies . Free WiFi . It’s ok for a while.
There are no showers here or even any washing up toiletries in the bathrooms . What's the point of a first class lounge if you can't even get clean between long overnight flights?
Spacious . Good wifi . Food selection a tad lacklustre.
Shower ? Make sure you talk to the concierge so they'll unlock it for you.
For an international lounge serving a major airline with a lot of outbound flights this is pretty average. Small and overcrowded with a bleak layout. You get what you get.
Decent place. Has soup , salad , snacks . Comfortable chair and lots power.
This one would qualify for the worst lounge in the world. Packed, messy. Low quality hummus and beans are self served for food. Very sad for United Airlines .
The best airline lounge in the USA. I transit SFO just for this lounge when I'm flying First.
Strikingly beautiful lounge . Makes Dulles International First Class Lounge seem like the lobby of Motel 6.
Great food, except for the roast duck ... Great staff working the desk, as they are usually the SFO GS agents.
Time machine to the sixties.
Check out the quiet room and the showers . Awesomesauce.Avoid the hummus . Enjoy the open bar . :-)
Not much food and drink selection but spacious for rest and work
Snacks are quite delicious and healthy
Some food at least, soup , sushi and sandwhiches ... Plus beverages and liqueur for free
This lounge is terrible.
Very limited food and drink choices.
Quiet room is very nice; staff has some international assorted on request.
Love that they pour Ruinart !
Temporary lounge for Star Alliance biz and Gold. Champagne and good spirits selection (much better than most US lounges ). Decent selection of snacks and light food too.
Sushi & Rastbeef are ok. Best thing: they serve Veuve Clicquot Champagne .
Best United lounge in it's system with out question.
Super crowded . Food was very mediocre, we were here during breakfast
Quite packed here
Probably one of the saddest lounges . Also people at front desk and kinda rude
Avoid the hummus . Check out the quiet room. Also: showers !
Just take the stairs, it's only 1 floor down
Maybe the best decorated United lounge in US. Spacious , however food/drink concept is consistent with other United lounges . Clean , service is fine.
Stay away from the hummus . It is grainy. Remove the chickpea shell before mixing.
No more Veuve Cliquot. The replacement is Ruinart and it tastes like it sounds. Try the Grey Goose vodka instead.
Don’t understand why they place a lounge here although they can only provide this low quality.
Disappointing as a first class lounge
Mediocre breakfast
The hummus is horrible
Quiet , good coffee
Beware the queue that can be over two hours in length to get through! Make sure to fly to a U.S. Customs and Immigration Pre-Clearance Airport to arrive in the US! - Jeffrey-Ryan B.
Just one of the best lounges worldwide! Amazing dining and lots of space. Showers, quiet rooms…. Just perfect! - T Marcus Dawson
Good and fast service, nice food. The most affordable option at SFO Intl Airport! The beef udon is really good. - Fi Vei
