Had a nice time at the lobby bar . Starbucks in the lobby is convenient as well . Newly renovated rooms are really nice and the skybridge system kept us out of the rain during our stay

Nice hotel with large lobby; plenty of seating space & lots of outlets to charge electronic devices. Newly renovated upper floors with great views . Definitely recommend staying here. Friendly staff .

They serve the best prepared food and meals of any hotel I've been to though prices are as expected. $$ The best showers ever!!

The staff here is amazing! If you ever have to plan a major event in downtown Indy, this is a great place to do it!

Very friendly , tasty breakfast and omelette esp. Nice room with great tv staff . But for me it was very cold in the hall.

YourBlackCar 5 star, black car services had the pleasure of serving the Kartanos family from #IND airport to the #JW. Recommended Osteria Pronto for fine dining .

We asked for a cot and it was more like a mini bed (a lot bigger than expected) and we got moved to an ADA-compliant room to fit it. No continental breakfast , but there's Starbucks & 2 restaurants .

If you need copies or shipping, the FedEx Office in the JW Marriott is here to help! It's on the second floor next to Starbucks, and it's all connected to the Indiana Convention Center !

We went to The City Grille breakfast buffet at 10:30 a.m. on a Sun. The food was good, the service was not. Kudos to the omelette chef for being into his job. The waitresses - not so much that day.

I like the shower products, bars and restaurants close too early but room service works. Get your shoes shined !

Parking charges were ridiculous $44/night. The Wi-Fi in my room (723) was painfully dial-up kind of slow! Housekeeping didn’t properly replenish room items every day like tea bags and water bottles.

The Champions restaurant makes a very good burger .

Great staff . There is no free wifi in the rooms.

Nice location but gave us a double bed instead of the king I reserved & said they 'never guarantee' bed type....
