Pappasito's Cantina

The service at Pappasito's is great! I went here twice for different layovers and both times the staff was helpful and fast. Plus, the chicken quesadilla is crispy , cheesy, and delicious!

Long line that is comparable to Panda Express but this is what people come to Houston for! If you got time, definitely come here for your layover meal.

Somewhat expensive , but the portions are HUGE and pretty good. I had a Coronado and I couldn't finish it. The Quesadillas are also really good. I give this place a 3 out of 5.

As a Mexican I can say that this place has tasty food. Is not that amazing, but it is something. Good tortillas and steaks .

Delicious fresh fajitas w juicy chicken , tender flame grilled steak show the best of local true TexMex . Add a sweetened ice tea . Makes Canuck steak squirm.

Sad that Pappadeaux did not open until 8am. Papasito's is in the nearby food court and is part of the same chain. Great breakfast burrito with sausage .

Warnings to vegetarians : Sauce, rice , and refried beans all have animal stock. Ask for black beans . Queso sauce is only meat-free sauce.

Unlike Utah, the margaritas here actually have plenty of alcohol , so don't drink them if you are my pilot.

They claim breakfast ends at 10 am, but it actually never ends! Ask for their breakfast burritos all day
