United Club

I have to say: I like the improvements at United Clubs, food-wise. Even though no full meals are offered, the healthy options are pretty large nowadays. And is complementary sparkling wine new?

North American lounges : crowded , borderline clean , minimal food offering (here crackers , cheddar , one soup , three salad leaves). Turn to Asia and Europe for inspiration, for crying out loud !

One of the better United clubs. The main floor is usually pretty crowded , but the upstairs floor generally has plenty of room to work and relax.

Their Margaritas are REALLY good, and if Tripp is behind the bar , don't miss the opportunity to treat yourself!

No booze before 12pm on Sundays due to some God-fearing Texan law. Welcome to the South.

3rd floor is just as crowded but finally upgraded their offerings I suppose to compete with the new AMEX Club in terminal D, gate 6 duty free elevator .

Brand new lounge . 3 floors with great service and lots of charging ports .

You can have an amazing time while waiting for your flight, you can stay here with free Wifi , food and drinks.

They've really improved the food here. It can get so crowded that there's a line to get cheese and crackers . Some of the food is actually quite good, like the butternut squash soup .

Even though it's not really in plain sight, they do have a family room with toys for kids... It's close to the second floor agent desk.

This is the best United Club here at IAH. They even have theatre seating with a big screen . They do need the money coffee drink maker.

Sub-par in comparison to other clubs. If you are hungry, eat outside. It's only crackers , cheese , and trail mix . They do have showers though.

It's a lounge . They only want you to sit, drink meh coffee , and forage on small rodent food. At least there is an upstairs for some privacy.

This chili is fantastic!! Veggies and chips .. nice wasabi pretzels also .. love IAH clubs

The front desk staff are the most courteous of all the United Clubs I've seen so far. Go up to the fourth floor, it's way quieter if you need escape.

Aesthetically pleasing but not tummy friendly . The only food available are crackers , chocolate raisins and cereal mix! Big lounge but always busy, couldnt find seat easily..

They improve a lot so e the last time I was there. New food, drinks and tables. Now it’s a nice place to hang in.

Lounge has been improved and now they have more than pretzels , cheap beer and coffee :)

The third level is far less crowded to get some work done or just relax. As a general statement though, the wi-fi leaves much to be desired; a mobile hot spot or air card is a must.

Like most American lounges this one's just as bad. Drinks aren't free. How is this an exclusive lounge ?

Prepare you to get cracker and cheese to survive! Far away from other Star Alliance Lounges with their buffet ! Hope they will take care about it during merge! Anyhow, comfortable seats !

Nicely remodeled with good seats and lighting.

Showers here are great. Check in as soon as you arrive and they'll ready a shower and linens for you.

$3 discount on premium drinks if you use your mileage plus card. Decent selection of fruit and veggies . Complimentary domestic beer .

Fast WiFi and gorgeous view of the runway. Gets crowded around the afternoon/evening however.

I love united clubs. Good has improved a lot. Congratulations for the soups :)

Excellent showers on the top floor. Clean and nice - perfect after a redeye.

If traveling with kids, check out the family longer within the lounge , worth it.

Spacious/clean, shower and press handy if you have time to queue! Give the food a miss and grab a bite elsewhere!

Take care of the best bartenders in any airport lounge ... Trip, Veronica, Lori, and Damien are seriously the best in the industry.

Free WiFi , decent selection of free drinks. Lots of power outlets .

Want quiet ? Not going to find it here with half the airport in here AND inconsiderate people who do not care about privacy on their speaker phones and streaming things with the computer speakers on!

This is the reason I come to THIS lounge , and batman TRIPP is in the house! Salud!

They have a steam-and-press while you shower service, I didn't use it but it's a nice touch

If the lounge is crowded and you can't find a seat, go to 3rd floor. They have additional seating and work areas, restrooms , but no bar .

Really poor selection of snacks . Great kids room

Comfy place. Not much amenities and the complimentary food/beverages are pretty plain. Nothing compared to some other lounges like the ones partnered with Priority Pass, for example.

Nice decor, looks to be recently remodeled. Not a real large lounge but decently appointed.

Workspaces on the top floor are nice, although you're in for a walk down/up the stairs if you want a drink from the bar .

For computer work areas, take elevator up to floor 4. Quieter and uncrowded.

If it's busy get a drink and head up to the second level. Everything except the bar and the crowds.

One of the nicer united clubs. Showers and they will press clothes .

Good breakfast and plenty of options.

Got a seat easily today but usually not in this lounge . And no children running around today. For once. But still, nice to escape endless airport announcements...

Quiet , when there is space. Not much selection for food. Don't know how it is in Polaris

Hardly any food offered here. Facilities and services are nice, but that's standard in nice lounges worldwide. U.S. lounges are still FAR behind those in Asia or Europe. Time to catch up damn it.
