There is a great play room called the "parenting center". It's a great way to get out of the house and keep your toddler entertained.

Great Gym , excellent free weights, plenty of cardio machines, great trains , fantastic classes oh and did I mention one indoor pool and three outside pools

If you're looking for a trainer , look for Rivas. He's an excellent trainer . Don't mind his Russian accent, he's really nice, but he will push you hard.

The preschool is run by ppm that are truly uninformed and unwilling to learn about new techniques to deal with issues affecting today's children.

Great family atmosphere . Awesome programs. Cool staff .
