They need to train their employees. After experiencing horrendous customer service, I'm not going back there again. There are plenty of other CVS locations near my work where I can get better service.
I got flu and pneumonia vaccine there, they took good care to apply them, I recommend them
Call your prescription in before you go to avoid a long wait
Customer service is not very good. Just beware if you ever have any issues.
It took them over 30 minutes to figure out how to ring up a gift card. And then they just looked at me like they did understand why I was upset.
