Louis really got me on the right track with my strength and tone training . Now I get in get it in and get out. Before... I barely got in lol!
Nice gym ... Longest gym membership I every had lol! I hate working out, it's boring but so far I'm taking it serious lol! There's my tip #staymotivated
People pay your balances. Its your fault if the gym cant pull the payments.NOT THE GYMS OR THE STAFFS
That sucks if you have to remind people to pay these low fees to workout... Just sayin:)
