After walking-out from Akira, Watami was a good switch. Pricey but you get good service and really happy food. Will definitely come back for seconds. Managed by thr BISTRO group (TGIFridays, etc.)
We got a free tuna roll from ordering a beef bowl (or any main dish), it was a great deal, service was great and food was delicious ^_^
Can't go wrong (most of the time) with Japanese food ! Liked the stir-fried udon with seafood and watami salad . Tonkatsu with curry was good as well ! Ask for a pot of service tea :)
We had to come back for their assorted skewers which were really good, spicy tuna roll , takoyaki , rib eye & tempura !
This is part of The Bistro group so you can get discounts using their card. Stone Bowl Rice meals are really good. Sashimi is really fresh. Ramen noodles are firm and tasty.
Loved the watami salad and salmon and flying fish roe rice in stone pot! The assorted sashimi was also good!
I always get the table by the front window, best view of the city . ❤️ assorted sushi is best
Wide variety, offers cold soba and sake . Not too pricey compared to other japanese restaurants .
Food here is tasty. Service can be inconsistent. They greet you warmly & seat you right away but serving sequence is incorrect & far bet. (ex. appetizer/miso served last, rice 1st before main dish).
If you like maki and tempura , get the shrimp tempura roll !
To start with! Great food and service! ????????????????????
Love the beef rice bowl and the tempura #happytummy
Their skewers !
30% off mondays with a bistro card! So worth it!!
The sirloin steak is so soft like butter!
Chasu ramen is good though noodles could have improvement -a bit pricey but quality wise is ok
Not particularly impressive. Shrimp tempura roll is ok but looks so different in the menu pics. For the budget of p450 to p500 per person, I can think of many other better places to spend my money on.
Servings not huge but "date place " ambience. Would I come back? Yes.
Watch out! There's hair in my beef rice bowl . There might be one on yours, too.
Food..nothing special..and a bit pricey ..sushi falls apart once you pick em up..one of the off parts of this experience
Try Watami Ramen . Delicious.
Good food, awesome service!
Done with last meeting for todayyy???????? the
There was a big black rat here. But food is still good
Very slow kitchen service. They served us frozen California Maki . The chasu of the Watami Ramen was overcooked!
Taste of food needs improvement service slow I would score 3 out of 5
The quality of food has dropped significantly since the last I visited... What a shame...
Their view of okonomyaki is delish. Very cheap bottomless soft drinks too. - Yves Summons
Kimchi Soup and the cheapest pork cuts are favorites. You need the extra rice, trust me. - Gabriel Villegas
BonChon chicken is incredible! Crispy on the outside and tender juicy inside :) - Neil
..they have some items that you won't normally find in other supermarkets..like some grains used for risotto and white wine for cooking.. - Angelo Olaño
