Colorado Railroad Museum

Wonderful museum with an extensive collection of trains and railroad stuff, a large garden model layout, well stocked museum store and picnic tables ! Spend a morning or an afternoon here!

10 bucks well spent, I enjoyed it. Good place for checking out history of some awesome machines!

All around great place to go for both individual and family. Really interesting stuff and it's great to ride trains .

Definitely worth the stop. Could spend all day here. Wide variety of rolling stock.

The Saturday before Easter is always a treat. The staff are dressed festively and meeting the Easter Bunny is always a good time for kids of all ages!

It's a great place to "lose track of time". Train rides on Ride the Rails Saturday - every third Saturday of the month.

The museum holds more than 100 narrow and standard-gauge locomotives and cars. On 'Steam Up Days,' the museum provides narrow gauge train rides .

Disappointing, you can only get on a few trains . Most of it is just looking at things and imagining yourself in them. Definitely not worth the $10 admission price

Don't miss trains down stairs

The 346 is steamed up and running

Disappointing Saturday. Overcharged, rude staff & is a junk yard than museum . No inside views of engines . Great for 4-7yr olds, 90mins for 7+. Future potential if they make it more visitor friendly .
