Hilton Garden Inn

Pretty nice HGI located really close to BWI airport . Takes less than 15 minutes to get downtown. Good rates for the area as well . I'd stay again if I had to spend another night by BWI.

This is one of the best Hilton properties I have ever stayed in. If you have any issues ask for Audrey , she always goes out of her way to make my stay exceptional.

Friendly staff , quiet location , pretty lobby and a nice breakfast . The pool is a plus, too.

Ok first there are no racks for luggage to help you to your room, nor did anyone offer to help. I left the room at 12 noon came back at 3:30. Cleaning people have not cleaned yet.

Unless you can "print " the loyalty special unlocked after three check in's they will not accept the $25 coupon, I suggest you use the computer center to do this, we did and were able to print ours.

Chris at the front desk is amazing. He just made the night/day for two weary travelers. So friendly and helpful.

Terrible service at the front desk. Not friendly all. People who live in hotels sure know the difference between great service and poor service. They get a minus in all categories.
