Came on a Tuesday, the whole place was a very quiet but yet busy. Good for actually having a conversation but you still get the beautiful pub environment

Had a few pints sometime back , observed barman taking guys 1/4 pint, emptied into new glass and filled it up then charge for full pint . Good practice ???
