Like artsy types? On Longfellow Square, this bar has a very unique atmosphere and great people. I've never gone in there and not had a fun conversation with someone.

Relax in the low-lit, literary themed atmosphere and sip a West End Mule or Surfer Rosa. Want a snack ? Try the deviled eggs or the Mac n' cheese (with bacon !) You won't regret it!

the black bean & kalamata hummus plate is absolutely delicious, and so is the carnitas tacos...i was very impressed! i also had the L Squared cocktail (lavender honeymaker mead & lemonade )...YUM!

Vegan food options were awesome! The whole environment was great with the drinks, people and staff ! I would go here all the time if I didn't live so far away!

Fantastic, creative cocktails . . If you want a burger their's is fantastic! Feeling more adventurous they always have unexpected specials, that are delicious and thoughtfully executed.

Stopped by for a late night beer and was pretty impressed with the beers and ciders on tap . Like most places in Maine they has some unique brews and nice people.

Try the West End Mule, it's a cold and crisp twist on a Moscow mule , subbing whiskey for the vodka makes it a little more Portland.

Didn't have enough beers to be a good bar but also not enough food options to be a good restaurant . Didn't really enjoy the beer selection either. The atmosphere is nice though.

There's a good selection of beers , but they're only available while they last. This can either be good or bad, because you're often told your request is not available, but it makes you try others.

I love the poem along the bar so much.. beautiful. A little help would be beneficial for the bartenders .

Very busy place so make a reservation (or go on time)! The food isn't that great, but the staff is very nice if you get me.

Great beers , bartenders , music and atmosphere.

The menu cocktails are good, but all a bit on the sweet side. Mac & Cheese is just ok - it's not creamy.

They have an interesting take on meatloaf...try it!
